I made these cards for a friend’s daughters birthday. Honey Bee has fabulous stamp sets.
Lily the Lamb
For this card I used Lily the Lamb and Pinky the Pig from Honey Bee Stamps.
I coloured the images with Prismacolor markers. These markers are very vibrant. The first layer is a piece of patterned paper from Your Next Stamp. The second layer I used a stencil from Echo Park Paper Co – Let’s Party with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide.
I used an action wobbles from Hampton Arts for Lily’s head. What does this do? It makes the image a spinner. Very easy to use just peel and stick. It adds great element to your card.
For the hearts I added Nuvo Crystal Glaze. This product is amazing!!! It adds a glossy coat. I added shimmer to the rest of the objects with Spectrum Noir Crystal Clear.
Pinky the Pig
What a cutie!!! I used Pinky the Pig and Penny the Platypus from Honey Bee Stamps.
The first layer is patterned paper form Your Next Stamp. The second layer I used a background stamp from Wendy Vecchi – Pin Point Dots. I coloured all the images with Prismacolor markers. For the balloons I added a coat of Novo Crystal Glaze. The wings I added a coat of Stickles in Sprinkled Sugar. I really like the texture it gave the wings. I used Spectrum Noir Shimmer in Crystal Clear for the rest of the images.
