I tried a new ink for me from Simon Hurley Create. I really like them. Great for blending and they have beautiful colours. Very smooth. The marble background stamp is from MFT stamps. I created the sections using masking paper. I blocked off one section and stamped. I repeated for the other two sections. I used Jane Davenport pan watercolors for the images. These watercolours are very creamy and highly pigmented.
I originally was creating a one layer card but I smudged the paint and did not want to start again. So I fussy cute the images and created the background. Improvising is what cardmaking is all about and fixing mistakes. It doesn’t always go smoothly when creating. Try not to feel frustrated or discouraged. Find another way.
